The Lodge is a more luxurious, newly built option, providing a larger, modern living space—ideal for bringing family along or for those wanting extra comfort and room to relax.

Hunting at Wairangi Station spans 1,800 hectares of private land, with each booking granting exclusive access to the property. As bow-hunting-only country, the station offers a quiet, low-pressure environment that promotes natural animal behaviour and high-quality, ethical hunting. Hunting is available exclusively to overnight guests, with all hunts tied to on-site accommodation. Day hunts are not offered, ensuring a well-managed and premium hunting experience.

Cancellations
Any cancellations made within two weeks of your booked dates will incur a minimum booking charge of $200, unless you can arrange a replacement hunting group.
The Hunters' Cottage provides a warm, well-appointed base for your stay at Wairangi Station. Designed to accommodate up to six guests, the cottage features a basic kitchen suitable for self-catering, along with a comfortable living and dining area centered around a wood fire, creating an inviting space to unwind after a day in the field.
