The lodge is located approximately 50 minutes inland from Whanganui, accessed via a scenic, winding gravel road that follows the Whanganui River before turning alongside the Kauarapaoa Stream. The journey itself is part of the experience, offering peaceful rural scenery and a true sense of escape.
